 With the development of
our reform and open policy and the socialist market economy, Tianjin
Machinery & Electric Equipment Tendering Bureau has become a
professional large-scaled tendering agency with multi-functions. The
relative departments of our state, the Party Committee and the
Government of Tianjin Municipality, and also the leaders and friends
of various circles have put into a lot of attention on us during the
growth of our cooperation. Here

circumstance of world economy's integrating, we will utilize the

scientific evaluation method according to the international
convention. So the essential elements will circulate and combine

| Tianjin
International Tendering Co., Ltd (TITC) (Tianjin Machinery and
Electric Equipment Tendering Bureau), which was set up in
1986, subject to the approval by the State Economic and Trade
Commission and Tianjin Municipal People's Government., is a
specialized tendering organization with qualification of legal
entity and capacity to carry out the tendering functions
independently. TITC has obtained tendering qualification
(Grade A) for technical innovation project granted by the
State Economic and Trade Commission, qualification (Grade A)
for international tendering of machinery and electric products
granted by the Ministry of Bnsiney Affairs Foreign Trade and
Economic Co-operation and tendering qualification (Grade A)
for construction engineering granted by the Ministry of
Construction. TITC is one of the specialized tendering
organization founded earlier in our country and also the
largest one with all kinds of functions in Tianjin.

For
sake of carrying out the tendering work fairly and
efficiently, TITC has established high level expert base which
covers more than 20 sectors including industrial and civilian
building water conservancy, road, bridge, environment
protection machinery, electronics, information, communication,
electric, chemistry, medicine, metallurgy, textile, light
industry and so forth. The number of experts in this base
reaches to more than 200,quarter of which is professors and
senior engineers. Meanwhile, TITC possesses a specialized
working team that is subject to the special training and has
high and middle professional posts, directly engaging in the
tendering business for a long time and has rich theoretical
knowledge and practical experiences. TITC has accumulated a
database with different kinds of domestic and international
tendering projects. TITC also possesses modern office
facilities and communication tools which lays solid foundation
for the development of the company that goes all out to a new
level. |

dozen years since the establishment, under the leadership of
Tianjin communist party committee and municipal government,
supported by the enterprises and institutes of different
fields, guided and participated by the expert committee, TITC
has stuck to the service motto of "openness, fairness and
impartiality" and provided the government, enterprises
and institutes with excellent and efficient services. For
dozen years, more than 1000 projects have been entrusted to
TITC, the total value is nearly RMB 20 billion
. TITC has saved RMB 1.8 billion cost for government
and customers, the average saving rate is 9%. A batch of key
projects by means of tendering are putting into operation one
after another, such as the Earth Station of China Xi-chang
Satellite Launching Center, the Complete Device of Annual
Output 70000 Ton Polypropylene of Qi-lu Petrochemical
Corporation, the 3D warehouse of International Cargo Freight
Center of Tianjin Airport The expansion project of Tianjin
Auto Co., Ltd. the innovation project of Honda motorcycle ,
the tube production line of Tianjin Pipes Company and so
forth, which plays an active role in Tianjin modernization
construction and the development of national economy . |
